Submission Instructions

General Submission Guidelines

We invite authors to contribute to the 13th International Conference on Agricultural and Biological Sciences (ABS 2027) by submitting abstracts or full-length papers that present original research results, ongoing projects, review studies, and survey works reflecting significant advances in Agricultural and Biological Sciences. Please adhere to the following instructions:

• Submission Methods
  All abstracts or full papers must be submitted through the official online submission system.
• Submission Language
  All submissions should be in English, and no other language is acceptable.
• Conflicts of Interests
  The submitting author is requested to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract/full length paper before submission.
• Submission Notes
  In your submitted file, clearly indicate your presentation and publication preference at the beginning:
  • For abstracts: "For Oral/Poster Presentation"
  • For full papers: "For Publication & Oral/Poster Presentation"
• Presentation Acceptance
  The Scientific Committee will review all abstracts and determine their presentation format (oral or poster), taking author preferences into consideration. Accepted abstracts will be assigned to appropriate technical sessions. Only abstracts from registered presenting authors will be included in the final conference program.

Abstracts Submission

(For presentation only – no formal publication)

Ideal for researchers who wish to present their work at the conference without formal publication.

• Abstract should be strictly within one A4 page in length apart from the cover letter page and containing 200-250 words.
• A separate cover letter page is required
  including the following information for the corresponding author/presenter:
  • Full Name
  • Title (e.g., Prof. / Dr. / Ms.) and Status (e.g., Teacher / Student)
  • Affiliation (Department, University/Institution) + Country
  • Research Interests
• Format: Submit in .doc format using the official Abstract Template.
• Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent within two weeks of submission.
• All accepted and presented abstracts will be included in the Conference Abstract Book, which is intended for academic exchange during the conference and will not be formally published or indexed.
• Authors are welcome to further develop and submit expanded versions of their work to journals or other publications.

Full Paper Submission

(For presentation and publication in the conference proceedings or international journals)

For authors interested in presentation as well as publishing their work in the conference proceedings or international journals.

• Submit full papers in .doc format, with a minimum of 7 printed pages (including figures, tables, and references).
• No initial typesetting is required. Upon successful peer review, authors will be recommended a suitable proceeding or journal and provided with specific formatting template.
• Please note that the publication fee (article processing charge) for the journal is not included in the conference registration fee. This will be communicated and confirmed with authors after the pre-review stage.
